This module is specially designed for Arduino and will allow you to detect inclinations of any object strategically attached to the module since this inclination switch sends a pulse when detecting an inclination. Delivering an output in 1 when an inclination is perceived by the sensor and 0 if nothing is detected.

• This tilt switch sensor contains a small metal ball that will complete a circuit depending on the orientation of the module. The sensor is very basic, and detects changes in its tilt. It cannot measure the angle of its tilt.
• There are numerous examples on the internet of code to operate this switch. A search of “KY-020 tilt switch code” will give you numerous examples.
• Connection: The ground wire should be connected with the pin near the – on the board. The Data wire should connect to the pin near the S on the board. 5V is connected to the middle pin.
